1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Amanat POS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including business owners, administrators, cashiers, and other staff members.

2. Description of Service

Amanat POS is a point-of-sale and business management platform designed for retail stores, restaurants, wholesale businesses, and cloud kitchens. The Service includes:

• Sales processing and receipt generation
• Inventory and product management
• Customer management and credit tracking
• Reporting and analytics
• FBR integration and tax-compliant invoicing
• Multi-user role management (Admin, Cashier, Kitchen, etc.)
• Both Cloud POS (web-based) and Offline POS (locally installed) options

3. Account Registration

To use Amanat POS, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

4. Subscription & Payment

Amanat POS operates on a subscription model:

• Cloud POS: Monthly or annual subscription per business location. Billing is recurring until cancelled.
• Offline POS: One-time software license fee with optional paid support and updates.
• Free trial: We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.
• Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Amanat POS to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Commit fraud, tax evasion, or financial misrepresentation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software without authorization
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Intellectual Property

Amanat POS and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business operations.

You retain ownership of all business data you input into the Service (products, customer records, sales data, etc.). We do not claim ownership over your content.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of Amanat POS is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

For Offline POS installations, your business data is stored locally on your hardware. You are responsible for securing your own data backups and access controls.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.

For Cloud POS, internet connectivity is required. Service availability depends on your internet provider and infrastructure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amanat POS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

We strongly recommend maintaining regular backups of your business data. While we implement safeguards, we cannot guarantee against data loss.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms of Use. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

• Your access to the Service will be revoked
• You may export your data within 30 days of cancellation
• Outstanding fees remain due and payable

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Pakistan.
